mc-fix-hardcoded-lava-level
Minecraft mod to fix MC-237017 (All caves are filled with lava at and below Y value -54) but doesn't break vanilla lava gen like https://github.com/Andrew6rant/MC-237017-Fix
This mod is server-side only, and does not require anything on the client.
caveats:
this fix changes the hardcoded lava level from -54 to 117 blocks under sea level, this should fix a lot of custom dimensions but some extreme ones might not be fixed with this

The datapack key
lava_level has been added as an optional way to set the lava level on a per-world basis. This overrides the config file when it is detected in the overworld's noise settings file, located at data/minecraft/worldgen/noise_settings/overworld.json. It functions as an absolute y-value, much like sea_level in vanilla. - update to 26.1.2 (migrate mappings)
thx @mrburger for this pull request!
- add config for how much below sea level (run mod once to see the config file in the config folder)
