📖 Applied Sorting
Applied Sorting is a client-side mod that adds ID-based sorting, similar to Refined Storage, to the terminal of Applied Energistics 2.
✨ Features
- Adds New Sorting Options: A new sort button is added to the AE2 terminal, allowing you to sort items in the following ways:
- Internal ID: Sorts based on the numerical ID assigned to items internally in the game. This generally sorts items in the order they were registered.
- Resource Location: Sorts based on the resource name, such as
minecraft:stone.

ℹ️ Notes
- This mod is client-side only. You do not need to install it on the server.

Applied Sorting 2.0.0 adds support for Minecraft 26.1.2 and updates the AE2 terminal integration so the mod no longer takes over space reserved for AE2's own buttons. This should make the sorting controls coexist more cleanly with AE2's UI.

## Technical Changes
This release is also a major project-structure rewrite. The codebase has been migrated to a multi-project setup based on [Meatwo310/custom-mdk](https://github.com/Meatwo310/custom-mdk), allowing multiple Minecraft versions and loaders to be maintained from a single branch.
The v1 codebase is preserved separately at [Meatwo310/applied-sorting-old](https://github.com/Meatwo310/applied-sorting-old).
