This idea was stolen inspired by Hoplite (hoplite.gg), the FFA Minecraft server.
When you put 3 flint, 3 sticks, and 3 feathers in a crafting grid (like normal arrows, but 3 across}, you get 20 arrows (as opposed to 9)
I cannot guaruntee this will work on 1.21. (Fix coming soon!)

How to Install Arrow Bundles (Datapack)
Arrow Bundles by soldship is verified for Datapack, Fabric, Forge, Quilt across Minecraft versions 1.20.1, 1.20.2, 1.20.3, 1.20.4, 1.20.5, 1.20.6, 1.21, 1.21.1 (latest release: 1.0+mod, file size: 17 KB). Follow the steps below to install it safely from ModCraft.tv:
- Click the Download button above and select your Minecraft version (1.20.1, 1.20.2, 1.20.3, 1.20.4, 1.20.5, 1.20.6, 1.21, 1.21.1) and platform (Datapack, Fabric, Forge, Quilt).
- Make sure you have the compatible loader or environment installed for Datapack, Fabric, Forge, Quilt.
- Move the downloaded Arrow Bundles file into your Minecraft
.minecraft/saves/<world>/datapacksfolder and launch the game.
