Vanilla Minecraft grows azalea trees in any surface biome, even deserts and snowy tundras. 🌱 This behavior was officially marked as Works As Intended in MC-238499.

Azalea Growth Control restores some sanity to world generation by limiting azalea trees to biomes that actually suit them. 🌍 Using the azaleagrowthcontrol:grows_azalea_trees biome tag, you can define exactly where these trees are allowed to grow. ⚙️

It works seamlessly with both vanilla and modded biomes, giving your worlds a more natural and consistent look. 🍃 No more random green blobs in frozen wastelands!

⏩ REQUIRES FORGE CONFIG API PORT TO BE INSTALLED (FABRIC)

If available for a mod, configuration is possible directly from in-game using the mod menu (requires Mod Menu by Prospector to be installed on Fabric).

How to Install Azalea Growth Control (Mod)

Azalea Growth Control by Fuzs is verified for Fabric, Neoforge across Minecraft versions 1.21.1, 1.21.10, 1.21.11, 1.21.5, 1.21.8, 26.1, 26.1.1, 26.1.2 (latest release: 26.3.0, file size: 26 KB). Follow the steps below to install it safely from ModCraft.tv:

  1. Click the Download button above and select your Minecraft version (1.21.1, 1.21.10, 1.21.11, 1.21.5, 1.21.8, 26.1, 26.1.1, 26.1.2) and platform (Fabric, Neoforge).
  2. Make sure you have the compatible loader or environment installed for Fabric, Neoforge.
  3. Move the downloaded Azalea Growth Control file into your Minecraft .minecraft/mods folder and launch the game.
