This mod allows paths to be placed below some non full blocks like trapdoors, fence gates, upper slabs and a bunch of others.
How to Install Better paths (Mod)
Better paths by HearthianDev is verified for Fabric across Minecraft versions 1.20.5, 1.20.6, 1.21, 1.21.1, 1.21.10, 1.21.11, 1.21.2, 1.21.3 (latest release: 1.2.0-26.3-beta, file size: 13 KB). Follow the steps below to install it safely from ModCraft.tv:
- Click the Download button above and select your Minecraft version (1.20.5, 1.20.6, 1.21, 1.21.1, 1.21.10, 1.21.11, 1.21.2, 1.21.3) and platform (Fabric).
- Make sure you have the compatible loader or environment installed for Fabric.
- Move the downloaded Better paths file into your Minecraft
.minecraft/modsfolder and launch the game.

- Fixed shoveling issue from previous beta.
- Due to current minecraft limitations in the way of handling shoveling blocks, shoveling below some blocks with different placing positions like lamps, pointed dripstone or bells will trigger the shoveling effect position-agnostic. This is not desirable but currently there is no way of avoiding it. This is the only reason for this release to be labeled as beta.
- Added a lot of blocks like shelves, heads and torches.
