Better Sign Edit
The 1.20 version of Minecraft added the ability to edit signs which have already been placed.
That's nice, but it can be quite annoying. For example: when a sign is placed on top of a chest, you can miss-click and start editing the sign instead of opening the chest.
This mod fixes that, by only letting you edit the sign when sneaking, and it also adds some other quality-of-life features.

- [Server side] Only allow editing signs when sneaking
- [Client side] Only save sign edits by clicking the 'Done' button, not by pressing 'Escape'

How to Install Better Sign Edit (Mod)
Better Sign Edit by brunohpaiva is verified for Fabric across Minecraft versions 1.20, 1.20.1, 1.20.2, 1.20.3, 1.20.4, 1.20.5, 1.20.6, 1.21 (latest release: 1.1.3+26.1, file size: 634 KB). Follow the steps below to install it safely from ModCraft.tv:
- Click the Download button above and select your Minecraft version (1.20, 1.20.1, 1.20.2, 1.20.3, 1.20.4, 1.20.5, 1.20.6, 1.21) and platform (Fabric).
- Make sure you have the compatible loader or environment installed for Fabric.
- Move the downloaded Better Sign Edit file into your Minecraft
.minecraft/modsfolder and launch the game.
