Versions
Plays a sound whenever a chat message is received.
The sound is different for join, leave, death, private, and advancement messages. You can select which vanilla sound you want to play for these events, and adjust their volume and pitch.
This mod requires Fabric, the Fabric API, Mod Menu, and Cloth Config. Also, it conflicts with ReplayMod.
How to Install Chat Sounds (Mod)
Chat Sounds by alurienflame is verified for Fabric, Quilt across Minecraft versions 1.16.5, 1.17.1, 1.18.2, 1.19, 1.19.1, 1.19.2, 1.19.4, 1.20 (latest release: 1.3.0+26.2, file size: 12 KB). Follow the steps below to install it safely from ModCraft.tv:
- Click the Download button above and select your Minecraft version (1.16.5, 1.17.1, 1.18.2, 1.19, 1.19.1, 1.19.2, 1.19.4, 1.20) and platform (Fabric, Quilt).
- Make sure you have the compatible loader or environment installed for Fabric, Quilt.
- Move the downloaded Chat Sounds file into your Minecraft
.minecraft/modsfolder and launch the game.
