Known Limitations
Chunklock does NOT play well with Optifine, please keep that in mind if you are experiencing issues with chunk boundaries not rendering or partially rendering.
The Lunar client also does not play well with Chunklock. You will not see the item displays when using the Lunar client. This is a bug with their client and not Chunklock.
Chunklock has been reported to not work with Viabackward, a Spigot plugin.
Overview
Chunklock offers a fresh and challenging gameplay twist by locking every chunk in the world, except for the one you start in. To unlock new chunks, you must pay a cost in items, with the required items determined by the biome of the chunk. This concept transforms Minecraft into a resource management and exploration-driven adventure, encouraging you to explore diverse biomes and strategically gather resources.

Important Commands
All of Chunklock's commands are /triggers that can be run by players with OP permission. Here are the following commands:
/trigger ChunkDifficulty - Changes the difficulty of chunklock. You can only run this command in a fresh world with no chunks unlocked.
/trigger ChunkSpreadPlayers - Spread players around the world in a 1000 x 1000 area, respecting teams. This will also set the player's spawns where they are teleported to.
/trigger ChunkHideUnlockTitle - Do not show a title message when new chunks are unlocked. This is per-player.
/trigger ChunkShowUnlockTitle - Show a title message when new chunks are unlocked. This is per-player.
/trigger ChunkReroll - Easy mode only. Reroll a chunk for free. You must be close to and facing the chunk you'd like to reroll.
/trigger ChunkUninstall - remove Chunklock. See the uninstall section before for more details.
How to Get Started
Installing Chunklock is a breeze. Simply add the datapack to your world's datapacks folder, and you're ready. There are no client-side resource packs required, making it accessible for both single-player and multiplayer experiences.
How to Uninstall
If you accidentally install Chunklock in a world and you’d like to entirely remove it, you can run /trigger ChunkUninstall. Note: this will only remove locked chunks that are currently loaded in the world. To delete any leftover borders or items you can run /kill @e[tag=chunklock] while near those objects.

## What's new?
No new features have been added at this time, but the data pack is now compatible with Minecraft 1.21.5.
This version of the data pack is not backwards compatible with older Minecraft versions. To play Chunklock on older Minecraft versions, you will need to download an older version of the data pack.
## Why 2.0.0?
The data pack version has been bumped to 2.0.0 because historically our version numbers mirrored those of Minecraft itself, which was confusing.
Bumping the version like this helps us to differentiate the data pack versions from Minecraft versions, so that we can update the data pack freely without having to worry about which Minecraft version we're targeting.
Datapack is still backwards compatible with 1.20.3 onwards.

- Fixed missing Bamboo Jungle biome
- Fixed issue where right-clicking chunks would sometimes return items from the incorrect dimension
- More optimizations to prevent unnecessary calls on locked-chunk initialization
- Fix players somtimes getting stuck when changing dimensions
- Don't destroy projectiles that enter locked chunks, instead set their velocity to 0.
- Fixed issue where players would sometimes spawn at their dead body rather than at the world spawn.
- Fixed issue with vertical z-fighting of locked chunk block displays. This was especially an issue on the Nether roof.
- Improved smoothness of the item displays following the players y-height.

- Significantly optimized chunk self-propagation, item submissions, and interactions.
- Try right-clicking a chunk with dye in your hand for a special surprise.
- Added a button click sound when right-clicking chunks to check chunk items.
- Fixed an issue where a certain interaction entity was not spawning at a particular height.
- Added a SpreadPlayers trigger command, which will spread players out over a 1000 x 1000 area with a minimum distance of 200 blocks between players. This command also respects teams.
- You can now hide the chunk unlock title message from popping up using the /trigger ChunkHideUnlockTitle command. This works on a per-player basis.
- Free chunk rerolls are now disabled on Normal difficulty and above. In the future rerolls will be possible, but will cost items.
- Player chunk unlock count should now properly render below player names on 1.20.2 or greater
- Fixed breaking issue related to 1.20.2
- Chunklock now fully supports 1.20.2
- Increase End Difficulty
- Fixed issue with the loot table for the Wooded Badlands biome
- Right clicking chunks will now print out the chunk unlock requirements
- Fixed issue with chunk rerolls not working in The End or Nether
- Chunk rerolling is disabled on Hard difficulty and above
- We now keep track of the number of chunks you've rerolled for future use
- Made chunks play better with shaders by turning down their brightness
- Fixed issue where chunk item unlocks could stick around after a chunk is unlocked
