Colorblind Shaders
A lightweight Minecraft shader pack that simulates different types of color vision deficiency in real time.
The shader transforms Minecraft's colors to approximate how the game may appear to people with different forms of color blindness. It can be used to explore color perception, test resource packs and builds for accessibility, or simply experience Minecraft through a different visual perspective.
Supported types
- Protanopia - simulation of red color blindness vision
- Deuteranopia - simulation of green color blindness vision
- Tritanopia - simulation of blue color blindness vision
The simulations are based on established color vision deficiency models and are intended as approximations rather than exact representations of an individual's perception.
Features
- Real-time color vision deficiency simulation
- Multiple simulation modes
- Lightweight shader implementation
- Anomaly tipes combining (Beta)
The project focuses on a simple and transparent implementation of color vision deficiency simulation while preserving Minecraft's original visuals as much as possible.
P.s.: There are some issues with P + D combining. If you know, how to fix this, or have another suggestions, welcome to Issue tracker or Discord.
