DeadHead is a grave plugin for Minecraft Spigot/Paper, designed for the CivBlock Community Server.
To put it simply, when a player dies, their head drops at the location containing their inventory.
FEATURES
- When a player dies DeadHeads drops their player head as an item on the ground, and applies a timer for however many minutes you set in the config.yml
- Heads have the player skin/skull of the player they belong to.
- Heads give off a tiny particle shower, and glow until claimed.
- Heads save in a database and persist through reboots.
- Players can claim their own head instantly.
- Graverobbers must wait an amount of time settable in the config.yml to claim someone else head.
- Players claiming their own head get a small speed buff.
- Graverobbers claiming a head get a weakness debuff.
- Heads cannot be broken by Water, Lava or explosions.
- /listgrave
will list all of the graves for the player. - /gravegui
will open a GUI that lists all the graves for the player and allows for one click grave items drop at the DeadHead location! - If somehow a grave is lost or missing, /givegrave
will restore the items to the player and remove all graves for the given playername.
Permisisons:
deadhead.givegrave - Allows use of /givegrave
deadhead.gui - Gives access to the /graveui
deadhead.listgraves - Gives access to the /listgraves command
All Versions
+ Add VersionFixed a bug where in some cases, armor and off hand items would duplicated.
- Verified support for 1.21.8
- Added extra layer of protection to DeadHead drop to prevent Copper Golloms from handling the Grave.
## Changes
- When collecting the DeadHead you now get a copy of the player head with the other contents.
## Bugfixes
- Monsters and Animals can no longer interact with the DeadHead.
- Hopper, Droppers, Hopper Carts, etc, no longer interact with the DeadHead.
- Instead of spamming your char every tick when trying to claim a DeadHead whose timer has not expired, it will not only alert you once every 3 seconds.
### Known Issues
- On some occasions, after a restart, the skin on the DeadHead may be default Steve. This is a client side issue I am working on a solution for.
Note, if updating please make a backup as old grave data may be lost.
