The initial build for 1.19.1 since there are a few issues running 1.19 on 1.19.1 with Via.
Note that 7 of the mods are not specifically running in 1.19.1 mode and are using 1.19 compatibility. This should not make much of a difference since there were no big changes that really affected those mods.
