Description
This mod "fixes" Melons and Pumpkins (hence gourds) attachment to Stems by making the block rotatable. Also allows directional placement for decoration purposes. This mod should be fine to be removed if needed, blocks will lose their rotation but other than that will remain. Nevertheless, always backup your world save first!

This mod does exactly things:
- Adds Facing property to Melons and Pumpkins grown blocks (thanks Statement library for making this possible!)
- Modifies Vanilla asset to respect said property and rotate the model
- Sets the property after block is grown
- Sets the property after block is placed by Player

How to Install Gourds Fix (Mod)
Gourds Fix by lgmrszd is verified for Fabric, Forge, Quilt across Minecraft versions 1.18.2, 1.19.2, 1.19.3 (latest release: 0.1.0, file size: 26 KB). Follow the steps below to install it safely from ModCraft.tv:
- Click the Download button above and select your Minecraft version (1.18.2, 1.19.2, 1.19.3) and platform (Fabric, Forge, Quilt).
- Make sure you have the compatible loader or environment installed for Fabric, Forge, Quilt.
- Move the downloaded Gourds Fix file into your Minecraft
.minecraft/modsfolder and launch the game.
