Welcome to Johannes's Renaissance: Musket Rebirth!

This mod is the spiritual successor to the 1.15.2MCreator mod "Johannes' Renaissance", focusing on musket weapons and Renaissance items

List of current mod implementations:

  • Renaissance and later firearms (pistols, arquebuses, flintlocks, blunderbuss, hand-cannons, breechloaders, and needle guns) and lead tools
  • Military factories and their abandoned variants
  • Abandoned churches and hospitals
  • Dangerous plague rats
  • A test firearm damage system
  • A complete system of plague and medicine

Future plans to join:

  • A simple set of industrial facilities
  • Some Nether and End style gunpowder weapons
  • More abandoned or intact buildings

Note: The mod was written from scratch with the consent of the original author and did not use the original mod code

Versions below 1.21.6 will not synchronize subsequent updates (2026/2/24).

How to Install Johannes's Renaissance：Musket Rebirth (Mod)

Johannes's Renaissance：Musket Rebirth by Musket_Binnoc_Jacket is verified for Fabric, Forge, Neoforge across Minecraft versions 1.16.5, 1.19.2, 1.20, 1.20.1, 1.21.1, 1.21.5, 1.21.6, 1.21.7 (latest release: 0.3.0, file size: 1.0 MB). Follow the steps below to install it safely from ModCraft.tv:

  1. Click the Download button above and select your Minecraft version (1.16.5, 1.19.2, 1.20, 1.20.1, 1.21.1, 1.21.5, 1.21.6, 1.21.7) and platform (Fabric, Forge, Neoforge).
  2. Make sure you have the compatible loader or environment installed for Fabric, Forge, Neoforge.
  3. Move the downloaded Johannes's Renaissance：Musket Rebirth file into your Minecraft .minecraft/mods folder and launch the game.
