Customize player buffs while sound is playing.
By modifying the ../config/MusicPower/Config-SoundsEffect.json file, you can freely configure specific buffs to be given to players within a certain distance when a designated sound is played. This distance, along with the buff's duration and strength, can be customized. You can also set whether the buff's duration or strength decays with distance from the sound source.
You can use the commands /musicpower listsounds and /musicpower listbuffs in the game to list all sounds and buffs, helping you modify the configuration file. The listed content will be saved in the ../config/MusicPower/ directory as ListedSounds.txt and ListedBuffs.txt.
This mod can be compatible with the sound effects or effects of any other mod, such as the AddurDisc mod.
How to Install MusicPower (Mod)
MusicPower by TunYuntuwuQWQ is verified for Forge across Minecraft versions 1.19, 1.19.1, 1.19.2, 1.19.3, 1.19.4, 1.20, 1.20.1 (latest release: 1.2, file size: 127 KB). Follow the steps below to install it safely from ModCraft.tv:
- Click the Download button above and select your Minecraft version (1.19, 1.19.1, 1.19.2, 1.19.3, 1.19.4, 1.20, 1.20.1) and platform (Forge).
- Make sure you have the compatible loader or environment installed for Forge.
- Move the downloaded MusicPower file into your Minecraft
.minecraft/modsfolder and launch the game.
