Peaceful Nights
Adds the game rule "doSurfaceSpawning" which is false by default.
When disabled mob spawning behaves as if it was always day. No mobs will spawn on the surface at night and during thunderstorms.
This only affects dimensions that have sky light, so the overworld, but not the nether or the end.
This also does not affect slime spawning in swamps.
How to Install Peaceful Nights (Mod)
Peaceful Nights by qendolin is verified for Fabric, Forge, Neoforge across Minecraft versions 1.20.1, 1.20.3, 1.20.4, 1.21, 1.21.1, 1.21.4, 1.21.5 (latest release: 0.1.0, file size: 52 KB). Follow the steps below to install it safely from ModCraft.tv:
- Click the Download button above and select your Minecraft version (1.20.1, 1.20.3, 1.20.4, 1.21, 1.21.1, 1.21.4, 1.21.5) and platform (Fabric, Forge, Neoforge).
- Make sure you have the compatible loader or environment installed for Fabric, Forge, Neoforge.
- Move the downloaded Peaceful Nights file into your Minecraft
.minecraft/modsfolder and launch the game.
