Literally just makes Ctrl+R refresh the server selection screen.
Fun fact I discovered while making this: f5 also refreshes the page in vanilla.

How to Install Reload Server List (Mod)
Reload Server List by LordEnder_Kitty is verified for Fabric, Neoforge across Minecraft versions 1.17, 1.17.1, 1.18, 1.18.1, 1.18.2, 1.19, 1.19.1, 1.19.2 (latest release: 2.0, file size: 67 KB). Follow the steps below to install it safely from ModCraft.tv:
- Click the Download button above and select your Minecraft version (1.17, 1.17.1, 1.18, 1.18.1, 1.18.2, 1.19, 1.19.1, 1.19.2) and platform (Fabric, Neoforge).
- Make sure you have the compatible loader or environment installed for Fabric, Neoforge.
- Move the downloaded Reload Server List file into your Minecraft
.minecraft/modsfolder and launch the game.
