I wanted to add Shadow Lugia to Cobblemon, so here he is. I'm a competitive player and so I wanted a Lugia who could compete with Ho-Oh in Ubers and fit to his lore as the guardian of the seas.

I gave Shadow Lugia Draco Meteor at Level 100 and Berserk as an ability instead of Anger Point. I fixed a one-eyed texture bug.
