Small Items mod lets you change how big or small your held item looks in first person.
Make your item smaller for PvP, move it up or down, or scale it however you like - all in-game, no resource pack needed.

Configuration
If you have Mod Menu installed, Smallhands adds a settings button where you can tweak everything with sliders.
No Mod Menu? The mod still works with default values.
