This plugin adds a number of useful QOL features both for admins and players alike, all of which are toggleable and customisable.

Features and commands

Global Command: /smpUtils:

  • Will tab complete with every utility / feature
  • Requires multiple inputs dependent on the utility and further options selected, more information below on the per-utility options

Item Limiter

  • Input a number to be the "max" amount of the material allowed to be held, when this number is gone over by a player, they will recieve a message telling them so and the overlap will be dropped onto the floor.

Uses /smpUtils itemLimiter, many options within

  • Option one of "/smpUtils itemLimiter add" requires 2 extra inputs of a material (all materials will tab complete) and a number (the max number allowed to be held)

  • Option two of "/smpUtils itemLimiter remove" requires 1 extra input of a valid material currently with a limit (all materials with a limit will tab complete)

  • Option three of "/smpUtils itemLimiter list" requires no extra inputs and lists all currently active item limits

  • Option four of "/smpUtils itemLimiter clear" will only run if an extra input of "confirm" is entered with the command, otherwise a warning will be sent to the user asking them to repeat with confirm if they are sure they want to clear all the item limits.

  • Option five of "/smpUtils itemLimiter toggle" will toggle on or off the item limiter.

  • Option six of "/smpUtils itemLimiter method" gives two options for when the item limiter will check a players inventory for exceeding the cap

    • "onHit" will only check the players inventory when they are hit by another player
    • "onMove" (is set to this by default) will check the players inventory whenever they move

Enchantment Limiter

  • Input an enchantment and a number to be the "maximum" level of the enchantment allowed to be equipped on any item. When this limit is exceeded the player will be sent a message and the item will be enchanted with the maximum level of the enchantment.

Uses /smpUtils enchantLimiter, many options within

  • Option one of "/smpUtils enchantLimiter add" requires 2 extra inputs of an enchantment (all enchantment will tab complete) and a number (the max level allowed)

  • Option two of "/smpUtils enchantLimiter remove" requires 1 extra input of a valid enchantment currently with a limit (all enchantments with a limit will tab complete)

  • Option three of "/smpUtils enchantLimiter list" requires no extra inputs and lists all currently active enchantment limits

  • Option four of "/smpUtils enchantLimiter clear" will only run if an extra input of "confirm" is entered with the command, otherwise a warning will be sent to the user asking them to repeat with confirm if they are sure they want to clear all the enchantment limits.

  • Option five of "/smpUtils enchantLimiter toggle" will toggle on or off the enchantment limiter.

Invisible Kills

  • When this is toggled on and a player dies to an invisible player, the part of the death message with the killer included will be obfuscated with unreadable text

Toggled with /smpUtils invisibleKills toggle

Instant Restock

  • When this is toggled, villagers will never run out of trades and will not increase price for demand when bought a lot

Toggled with /smpUtils instantRestock toggle

Item Explosions

  • When this is toggled, items are resistant to explosions are will not die to them.

Toggled with /smpUtils itemExplosions toggle

Explosion Damage Cap

  • When this is toggled, any explosion damage has a set cap that it cannot exceed

Toggled with /smpUtils explosionDamageCap toggle

  • (Is set to disabled by default)

Set or get damage with /smpUtils explosionDamageCap set/get

  • (Is set to 0 damage by default)

Mace Damage Cap

  • (Is set to 0 damage by default)

# New Features: Mace Damage Cap and Explosion Damage Cap!

## Set a maximum amount of damage able to be dealt by maces or explosions!

  • Toggle with /smpUtils maceDamageCap/explosionDamageCap toggle (toggled off by default!)

  • Set with /smpUtils maceDamageCap/explosionDamageCap set (set to 0 by default!)

  • See what the current cap is with /smpUtils maceDamageCap/explosionDamageCap get

# New Option on ItemLimiter: method!

## Two options for when the Item Limiter gets triggered: onMove or onHit!

  • This is set to onMove by default, but can be set to onHit through the command /smpUtils itemLimiter method onHit

  • If the method is "onHit" then whenever a player is hit by another player, the item limit will trigger then and not whenever the player moves! This is useful for grinding on smps and having over item caps but not during pvp!

### Removed CustomCooldowns due to inconsistencies with other specific listeners within SMPUtils, if you still want to use custom cooldowns I have a standalone plugin for it that does not conflict with SMPUtils!! [Download here](https://modrinth.com/plugin/customcooldownsplus)

# New Feature: CustomCooldowns

## Commands

  • /AddCooldown [Material] [Seconds]
  • Will tab complete with all vanilla minecraft materials for you to choose from
  • Needs 2 inputs of a material and the number of seconds it should be put on cooldown for

  • /RemoveCooldown [Material]
  • Will tab complete with all materials that have a custom cooldown
  • Needs 1 input of the material to remove the cooldown for

  • /ListCooldowns
  • Does not tab complete with anything
  • Needs no other inputs
  • Outputs a list of all materials with a cooldown and the cooldown attatched to it

  • /AddLinkedCooldown
  • Similar to /AddCooldown, will tab complete with all vanilla minecraft materials for you to choose 2 from
  • Requires 3 inputs, the Anchor Material, Secondary Material, and the number of seconds the secondary material should be put on cooldown for when the anchor material is used

  • /RemoveLinkedCooldown
  • Similar to RemoveCooldown. will tab complete firstly with all the current anchor materials, then all of the secondary materials inside of the anchor material previously written in (i.e. /removeLinkedCooldown [List Of Anchor Materials (for the sake of this it will be wind_charge)] [List of Secondary Materials under Wind Charge])
  • Requires 2 inputs of the Anchor and Secondary Materials

  • /ClearLinkedCooldowns
  • Will tab complete with all Linked Cooldowns and "all"
  • Requires one input of "all" or a material with a linked cooldown
  • If "all" is inputted then the command will clear every Linked Cooldown currently active
  • If a valid material is inputted, every active secondary cooldown linked to that anchor material will be cleared

  • /ClearCooldowns
  • If inputted on its own will pop up with a warning message asking to confirm you want to go ahead, and if so to put in /ClearCooldowns confirm
  • If inputted as "/ClearCooldowns confirm" the command will clear every cooldown currently active
