Universal Ores is a mod for the latest version of Minecraft that adds new vanilla ores variants for andesite, diorite, granite, tuff, calcite, blackstone and basalt that generate naturally where they should precisely be.

Universal Ores has been updated to support Minecraft 1.21.1 with Fabric!

- Universal Ores no longer require the Dawn API.
- Basalt ores are now orientable to match basalt.
- Iron and copper veins now generate with the correct variants of ores.
# Technical Changes
- The mod now uses data generation. This means that some data-pack and resource pack files may have been renamed.
- This does not affect texture files, and should therefore not break any resource pack made for the mod.
- Universal Ores's tags have been removed since they were unused.
- Basalt ores texture paths have been renamed to adapt to their new orientability.
