A lightweight client-side mod that displays health indicators, armor HUD, and a Totem of Undying counter for improved combat awareness.

Heart icons
Numeric health values

Counts Totem of Undying pops
Automatically resets on respawn or world change
Supports name suffix display type (e.g. PlayerName ¦ 2)
🛡️ Armor HUD
Displays armor values directly on the HUD
Designed to align cleanly with existing VitalStats elements
🚫 Entity blacklist
Hide health indicators for specific entities
⚙️ Customizable HUD offsets
Fine-tune positioning for all indicators
How to Install VitalStats (Mod)
VitalStats by 6allal is verified for Fabric across Minecraft versions 1.20.1, 1.20.2, 1.20.3, 1.20.4, 1.21, 1.21.1, 1.21.10, 1.21.11 (latest release: 2.1.0+26.2-fabric, file size: 2.7 MB). Follow the steps below to install it safely from ModCraft.tv:
- Click the Download button above and select your Minecraft version (1.20.1, 1.20.2, 1.20.3, 1.20.4, 1.21, 1.21.1, 1.21.10, 1.21.11) and platform (Fabric).
- Make sure you have the compatible loader or environment installed for Fabric.
- Move the downloaded VitalStats file into your Minecraft
.minecraft/modsfolder and launch the game.
