Want to play some minecraft but with tropical islands~~~~?
This mod generates warm islands and ocean - nothing else.
Important: generate.warm_island in the world type tab (where you can also choose between large_biomes/superflat/...), otherwise it will not work!
There are:
- small islands (often in groups)
- bigger islands
- the vast ocean :D
- structures: Pillager outposts, villages, ruren portals and jungle temples
Feel free to use this in a (pirate) modpack, but give credit!
How to Install Warm Islands (Datapack)
Warm Islands by e3l3rno is verified for Datapack, Fabric, Forge, Neoforge, Quilt across Minecraft versions 1.19.4, 1.20, 1.20.1, 1.20.2, 1.20.3, 1.20.4, 1.20.5, 1.20.6 (latest release: v0.3.2+mod, file size: 341 KB). Follow the steps below to install it safely from ModCraft.tv:
- Click the Download button above and select your Minecraft version (1.19.4, 1.20, 1.20.1, 1.20.2, 1.20.3, 1.20.4, 1.20.5, 1.20.6) and platform (Datapack, Fabric, Forge, Neoforge, Quilt).
- Make sure you have the compatible loader or environment installed for Datapack, Fabric, Forge, Neoforge, Quilt.
- Move the downloaded Warm Islands file into your Minecraft
.minecraft/saves/<world>/datapacksfolder and launch the game.

- villages generate (pretty rare around 1500 blocks on average)
- pillager outposts generate (also pretty rare)
- jungle pyramid generate
- land biome is now sparse_jungle (i think it's better; maybe u get sth like a better trees mod)
- waaaay smoother/realistic terrain
- spawn on boat (previously there has been an issue with the player spawning in stone under the sea floor)
- bigger islands; bigger ocean
