An unofficial fork of the Continuity mod that adds the new CTM properties 'connect_to_tag' and 'connect_to_state', when coupled with the WesterosBlocks mod. You do not need this mod if you aren't using it with WesterosBlocks.
connect_to_state and two blocks of the same type will connect only if they have the same value for that property next to each other
connect_to_tag allows ctm to connect by tag

How to Install WesterosContinuity (Mod)
WesterosContinuity by geeberry is verified for Fabric across Minecraft versions 1.21, 1.21.1, 26.1, 26.1.1, 26.1.2 (latest release: 3.0.6+26.1, file size: 1,020 KB). Follow the steps below to install it safely from ModCraft.tv:
- Click the Download button above and select your Minecraft version (1.21, 1.21.1, 26.1, 26.1.1, 26.1.2) and platform (Fabric).
- Make sure you have the compatible loader or environment installed for Fabric.
- Move the downloaded WesterosContinuity file into your Minecraft
.minecraft/modsfolder and launch the game.
