ZambieLib
The shared library behind ZambieD's mods. If another mod sent you here, just install this next to it and you are done. It adds no items, no blocks and no gameplay of its own.
Mods that use it
- DiscordPresence: your Minecraft session on Discord, edited by clicking the live card.
- Wildlore: every creature rolls its own size, sex and bloodline traits, with real pregnancies and a zoology journal.
- Broadback: creatures are solid, stand on a cow and ride along as it wanders.
For developers
What lives inside:
- GuiKit: vanilla-style panel, inset, scrollbar and progress bar drawing, so mod screens look like Mojang built them.
- JsonStore: JSON save and load with atomic writes and a
.bakfallback. - Boxes: bounding box math (volume, overlap, top surfaces).
- Placeholders:
%key%expansion for user-editable text.

How to Install ZambieLib (Mod)
ZambieLib by ZambieD is verified for Fabric, Forge, Neoforge across Minecraft versions 1.20, 1.20.1, 1.20.2, 1.20.3, 1.20.4, 1.21.1, 1.21.11, 26.1 (latest release: 1.2.0+26.3-fabric, file size: 29 KB). Follow the steps below to install it safely from ModCraft.tv:
- Click the Download button above and select your Minecraft version (1.20, 1.20.1, 1.20.2, 1.20.3, 1.20.4, 1.21.1, 1.21.11, 26.1) and platform (Fabric, Forge, Neoforge).
- Make sure you have the compatible loader or environment installed for Fabric, Forge, Neoforge.
- Move the downloaded ZambieLib file into your Minecraft
.minecraft/modsfolder and launch the game.

- Every jar is now named zambielib-1.1.0+<target>.jar, so the seven downloads stop sharing one file name, and each target publishes to the local maven repo under its own version. Before this the targets overwrote each other and only the last one built was available to sibling projects.
- JsonStore keeps an unreadable file as .corrupt before falling back to the backup or the defaults. A hand-edited config with one typo is no longer replaced silently.
- JsonStore.toJson exposes the store's Gson so mods write files that look the same as the ones it reads.
- Placeholders takes custom delimiters, so {key} style text works alongside the default %key%. A has(key) check too.
- New Mods helper: isLoaded and version for any mod id, the same call on Forge, NeoForge and Fabric.
- Nitro joins the family.
