- Fixed fluid capability code for the ME Chest
- Mixin now properly updates the chest's cell and fluid handlers before returning the capability holder
- Fluid capability holder is no longer erroneously returned for the front of the chest
- Holder now properly invalidates and re-initialises itself when removing/changing the chest's contained cell and setting the chest's priority
- Removed unnecessary invalidation for the ME Interface's `IStorageMonitorableAccessor`/`MEStorage` capability
