AlwaysBright v1.2.1 - MC 26.2 Port

- Ported to Minecraft 26.2 for all three loaders: Fabric, NeoForge, and Forge
- Updated to 26.2 API: KeyEvent/MouseButtonEvent instead of raw ints, gui.setScreen(),
GuiGraphicsExtractor for screen rendering
- Minimal mod - toggles fullbright via configurable keybind (default G)
- Config screen available from ModMenu (Fabric), mod list (NeoForge/Forge)
- Settings: toggle key, gamma override toggle, gamma slider, disable darkness effect
