### just minor bug fixes:
- villllage structures random fixes
- hope event in neverforgetyou would sometimes not fire
- library dog n toast event changed dialogue slightly
- the icon just wouldn't appear in the jar
- some hints are a bit more understandable lol
- new "archivistspawn" command that allows you to spawn entities and events if needed.
- copies no longer spawn on water/drown.
- adminpanel is always guaranteed on first library visit, will drop if full, and will be perfectly visible on window.
