1. The first backup when fixedBackupTime is disabled now occurs immediately when the server is turned on, and not at firstBackupTime
2. The fixedBackupTime parameter has been removed from config. Now to enable it you need to set the value backupTime >= 0, at this time backup will occur every day, to disable it set backupTime to -1
