Quality of life & bug fixing update!
### Content Changes
- The chatbox now contains a button to quickly hop channels. (Contribution by @maciek134)
- Removed the spammy "Thanks for using my mod" message when joining the server.
- You can now open the mod's settings through the "Mods" menu.
- Added Bazaar to the quick warp menu.
- notIrma now gets a prefix in game so you know who to hunt down (in Minecraft) when the mod breaks.

- Fixed several ConcurrentModificationExceptions across the board.
