* Ctrl + middle click to pick up tuned note blocks.
* Right click will always open tuning GUI. No need for a book any more.
* You can toggle that off with `/blocktuner` command. To turn it back on, use the same command.
* You can no longer reset tuning with barrier. You won't use it anyway, will you?
Now server will require you to have a compatible version of BlockTuner, otherwise you are treated as without the mod.
