Major update for running BoostedExperience in a client environment
- **Dropped version below 1.21**, For simplicity reasons, i have decided to drop support for 1.21 below.
- **Mod Menu compatibility for config**, The UI Works pretty simmiliarly to [SpecSpoof](https://modrinth.com/mod/specspoof), so yeah, go nuts.
- **Hot Reload via [ModMenu](https://modrinth.com/mod/modmenu)**, changes are now applied immidietly after clicking "Save Changes" in [ModMenu](https://modrinth.com/mod/modmenu)
