Added new config options:
- fertilityGrowthModifier - changes grow speed depending on groung fertility
- soilDegradationChance - soil degradation chance, was 50%, now 10% by defaul
- onlyGoodEffects - if true, soil with low fertility doesn't reduces vanilla grown speed
- acidityEffects - acidity effects, see more in the config file
