Added:
- Added join message that appears once on first join advising players to use Patchouli for a guide book. This can be disabled in the config.

- Introducing the basin - This essentially acts the same as a cauldron in the sense you can fill it with water. If you leave the basin outside in sunlight the water will eventually evaporate leaving a basin full of salt.

Changes:
- Increased salt generation
- Removed the butchers bucket and collecting salt water from oceans.
