* The properties of Nuclear Shells are now configurable via datapack, including explosion strength
* Nuclear Shells are now fuzed on the front/top (it's more fun that way)
* Nuclear Shells (in entity form) can be manually activated with Flint And Steel (good luck getting out of there in five seconds!)
