- /cdisc admin logs now has its own permission, cdisc.admin.logs.
- log-upload: false in config.yml turns it off.
Note: by mistake, cdisc.admin used to grant /cdisc admin logs too. So anyone given cdisc.admin just for /cdisc admin doctor or reload could also upload the server log to a public link. Now it takes cdisc.admin.logs.
