The Quilt developers did a thing and after 6 months of waiting I can finally update this modpack to Minecraft 1.20.4!

Major changes:
- Modpack's on Minecraft 1.20.4!!
- Removed Exordium (not very useful)
- Removed Enhanced Block Entities (didn't update)
- Added c2me (works really good, all the other major modpacks have it already)
- Added e4me (cool mod in my opinion)
- Added QKL (required by e4me)
- Debugged and updated a bunch of things I'm too lazy to list here
