### Performance
- Much lighter chunk cost tracking - scanning is now spread out instead of sweeping every loaded chunk at once
- Removed a per-tick scan that ran constantly and did nothing
- Chunk unloading no longer stalls the main thread
- Faster startup and shutdown, no more delay when stopping the server
- Chunk border particles are far cheaper on your client and network
- Lower memory use overall, especially on worlds with many loaded chunks
### Fixes
- Frozen chunks now genuinely stay loaded
- Entity limiter no longer removes tamed pets, villagers, leashed or named mobs, or item frames
- Portal preloading works on servers with custom world names
- Pre-generation saves progress as it runs, so a crash no longer loses your work
- Large pre-generation radii no longer spike memory on start
- Scheduled optimisation no longer skips its run time
- Menus open correctly on Folia
### Improvements
- The dynamic radius thresholds in config.yml now actually apply
- Entity limiter has new protected-types and protected-items lists
- Chunk tickets are now used to hold teleport destinations
- Messages support hex colours with &#RRGGBB
- The Nether and The End are no longer excluded by default
