- Add priority system for labels in filters. (#11)
- Exact item matches have the highest priority, followed by Tag Label matches, and finally Mod Label matches.
- Applies to Networked Routing Pipes and Diamond Pipes.
- Stocking Pipes and Matching Pipes still always take priority over Routing Pipes.
- Fix Storage Pipes not matching items in containers when there is only one of the item and "Leave One" is checked. (#10)
