Compatibility update.
### Changed
- Bumped mod version from `0.2` to `0.3`.
- Updated Cobblemon compatibility to `1.7.3` only.
- Older Cobblemon `1.7.0`, `1.7.1`, and `1.7.2` are no longer supported.
### Fixed
- Fixed a server crash when a chunk containing a `virtualloot:virtual_pasture` block entity was loaded and ticked with Cobblemon `1.7.3`.
- Updated Virtual Pasture ticking to use Cobblemon's new metabolism and interaction cooldown API.
