# CodxLib 1.3.2 — now available for Minecraft 1.21.1
CodxLib **1.3.2** now runs on **Minecraft 1.21.1**, on **Fabric, Forge and NeoForge**.
Same version, new Minecraft support. CodxLib is the shared companion library the codx mods
depend on — you install it because a mod asked you to, and then it stays out of your way.
## For players / server admins
If a codx mod tells you it needs CodxLib on 1.21.1, install the build for your loader
alongside it and you're done. It adds no blocks, items or gameplay of its own.
Both of CodxLib's commands work on 1.21.1:
- **`/codxlib versions`** — checks every installed codx mod against Modrinth and tells you
which are up to date and which have an update waiting. Needs an internet connection.
- **`/codxlib help`** — writes a report to `config/codxlib-debug/` listing your installed
mods, your codx mods and their settings, and who is online. Attach it to a bug report and
whoever helps you can see your setup at a glance. Available in single-player; on a
dedicated server it's operator-only.
## What the 1.21.1 build includes — and what it doesn't
The 1.21.1 build is a **focused subset** of CodxLib, carrying the parts the 1.21.1 mods
actually use. If you develop against CodxLib, this matters:
**Included** — platform info and utilities (`CodxLib`, `ModInfo`, `LoadedMod`,
`Environment`), the update checker, JSON config (`JsonConfig`), the conditional debug
logger (`CodxLog`), chat/notification helpers (`CodxNotify`), the server-side chest-menu
toolkit (`api.ui.menu`), and the `/codxlib` commands with the debug report.
**Not included** — the networking API (`CodxNetwork`), the client command DSL
(`api.command`), and the client UI beyond chest menus (config screens, widgets, colour
pickers, and the HUD position editor).
That's the difference from the 26.1 build, which has all of the above. Nothing here is
broken — those pieces simply haven't been brought back to 1.21.1. If you need one of them
on 1.21.1, say so and it can be ported.
## Good to know
- Install the build that matches your loader: Fabric, Forge or NeoForge.
- Keep CodxLib up to date alongside the mods that use it — a mod built against a newer
CodxLib will not start against an older one.
