### Add
- **/concretemixer** command to display version info and reload the plugin.
- Administrators must have access to the `concretemixer.admin` permission node (operators have it by default) in order to use **/concretemixer reload**.
- Update checker (can be disabled in the config).
- If an update is found, then a notification will be sent to console.

- Fix GriefPrevention version detection.
