### Fixed
- **Cracking clusters now match the ore they came from.** Every cluster inherited iron ore's
mining requirements, so an ore you could already mine could produce a cluster your pickaxe
was not good enough to break — mining coal with a wooden pickaxe stalled the moment the
first block cracked. Clusters now break at exactly the speed of the ore they are standing
in for, including deepslate variants and modded ores.
- **Under-tier pickaxes no longer collect ore they cannot harvest.** Cracking a vein skipped
the usual tool-tier check, so a pickaxe too weak to harvest an ore could still collect the
whole vein through its cluster. Ore your pickaxe cannot harvest now breaks exactly as it
does in vanilla: no cluster, no drops.
