- Crystal tools can now be crafted with any item with a tag `c:rods/netherite`
- Netherite sticks now how the following tags:
- `c:rods/netherite`
- `c:rods/all_metal`
- Added color to the level up message
- Adds a new tag `auto_output_blacklist`
- Furnaces and generators will not output to blocks with this tag
- Default value is just `hopper`
