### Additions
- Adds the ability to add multiple skill points to an infinite node at a time
- Hold `Shift` to add 10 points by default
- Hold `Control` to add 100 points by default
- Hold both to add 1000 points by default
- Adds new config options for these values:
- `shift_point_spend` (10): Number of points to spend while you are holding shift. Range: 1 - 10000.
- `control_point_spend` (100): Number of points to spend while you are holding control. Range: 1 - 10000.
