Beta Version of up coming update, I want to add a lot more but this is all so far. bloom seems to be visually improved, added setting for bloom leakage
Has not been tested on Sodium (only VulkanMod), could be broken.
_Fixes where on sodium it switches between doing bloom on only either the item or the armor but never both at once._
