This update has a lot of QOL & removal of legacy features
## Features
- add `/ca config item` and `/ca config enchant` for per item type and per enchant(s) config gui
This is a very useful feature to configure one enchantment instead of having to find it
- add `/ca enchant` to easily enchant
require the `ca.command.enchantment` permission. Default allowed for OP
- add support for [EnchantedBook](https://modrinth.com/plugin/enchantedbook)
## Fixes & Other
- move `/ca gui` to `/ca config`
- Prefer `/ca` over deprecated commands
- fix turtle scule unit repair
- force migration of sweeping edge
- remove legacy useInFuture usage as per the two previous points was blocking. not anymore
- Made unit repair work better with custom items
- Fix durability not repairing based on max damage
- Make update checker use current minecraft version for update check
