Added location commands :
- ```/setlocation <location_name>``` -> Saves the location of the point and everyone can teleport to it
- ```/getlocations``` -> Lists all the locations
- ```/removelocation <location_name>``` -> Removes the given location
- ```/location <location_name>``` -> Teleports the player to the given location
