**Experimental!** Initial release of the Ears 2.0 rework — this has been a long time coming. More version ports coming soon, though I'm sure you're tired of hearing us say things are happening "soon" in relation to Ears 2.0.
This is a separate codebase from the previous Ears2, and the first release from that codebase, internally known as Ears Five Thermite. One jar runs on NeoForge/Fabric 26.1 through 26.3.
Major user-facing changes:
* Three years on, armor trims now *usually* render correctly
* Still needs work, but it works most of the time and the failure cases just render the base armor with no trim
* EMF is now fully compatible without asterisks, thanks to a PR by kgadberry!
* Alfalfa parsing now has a lot more failsafes, making ETF fully compatible with no asterisks
* New features not yet exposed in the Manipulator (a rewrite of the Manipulator on the new codebase is ongoing):
* Halos
* Digitigrade legs
* Jacket back/tail swapping
* "No flight" wing mode
* Probably crashes less!
* Emissives still Z-fight. A rewrite of those is pending, and viable now that there's a lot fewer codebases to deal with
