More polish
- Prevent players from initiating a teleport when they crouch while inside the top quarter of the block's empty space. Upwards travel is unaffected.
- Prevent players in survival mode from accessing Creative Item Boxes' inventories
- Prevent Item Boxes from dropping their contents while `doTileDrops` is true
- Allow Item Boxes to *dispense* items while `doTileDrops` is true
