A lot of stuff was fixed in this update, primarily the commands and event notifications
- The commands are now `/eventutils config` and `/eventutils teleport`
- Event notifications actually work now (oops)
- Translations are now available! If you want to translate the mod to another language, open a [Pull Request](https://github.com/Event-Alerts/EventUtils/pulls)
- Added official versions for 1.20.3, 1.20.5, and 1.21.1
